Fr. Chris completed his undergraduate work at The University of Texas in Austin, with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. His Master’s of Divinity, cum laude, is from Nashotah House Theological Seminary. He was ordained a priest in 2005. Fr. Chris can think of nothing more spiritually invigorating than advancing the mission of the Kingdom of God. The particular way God seems to have equipped him to do this work is through the planting of churches. Since January 1, 2008, he has been working to plant and grow Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church from a handful of dedicated Christian families to the vibrant Christian community it is today. During that time, he was also privileged – through the assignment of our bishop – to serve Christ Church in Waco, TX as its founding vicar. Now four years later, he has seen his work bear fruit. Christ Church has not only called their own parish priest but they are now on their way to be a healthy church with regular Sunday services, vibrant family, youth and college ministries. In 2015, Fr. Chris was appointed by Forward in Faith North America to lead a task force in developing strategies for planting churches across the United States. He is thankful to God for the opportunity to serve and further advance the Kingdom of God. Fr. Chris is married to his wonderful wife, Margie, who also shares his passion in serving our Lord. They have two children and in his spare time he enjoys golfing, reading and playing his guitar.

Fr. Mark began his Christian walk in the summer of 1985. He grew up in Hurst, TX and completed his undergraduate work at Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He graduated from Nashotah House Theology Seminary with a Master’s of Divinity, cum laude, in May 2011. While in seminary he developed a love for international mission by serving in Peru (2009), and Malawi (2011). He was ordained a priest in September 2011 and has served at Christ the Redeemer Ft. Worth ever since. Fr. Mark has always had a passion for youth ministry, desiring to form life-long disciples of Christ. Much of this came from formative years as a camper, counselor, and staff member at Camp Crucis – a place where thousands of people experience the transforming love of Jesus Christ. In the summer of 2013, Fr. Mark married his lovely wife Amy, and they have recently been blessed with a son. In his spare time Fr. Mark enjoys being with friends and family, reading, and participating and watching most sports.
